Opening of the exhibition Slovenian Majolica

Yesterday, on July 8, 2021, we opened the exhibition Slovenian Majolica in the museum at Zaprice Castle, which will be on view until the end of May 2022. This is a joint project of the National Museum of Slovenia and the Intermunicipal Museum Kamnik. The program was led and connected by Marko Kumer, and the welcoming words were given by the director of MMK, mag. Zora Torkar. The entire project and the history of majolica were presented by dr. Mateja Kos from NMS. The exhibition was opened by the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Kamnik Bogdan Pogačar. While visiting the exhibition with the authors of the exhibition dr. Mateja Kos, Sašo Bučan and Marko Kumer, film presentations, presented a typical ceramic painting by Irena Radej.
