Peter Pavel Glavar

In 2021, we commemorate the 300th anniversary of the birth of Peter Pavel Glavar (1721–1784), a priest, educator, businessman and benefactor. In order to bring the life and work of this great Komenda man closer to the youngest generations, with the cooperation of the Peter Pavel Glavar Foundation and the Komenda Moste Primary School, the idea of ​​presenting a life story in the form of a comic strip was conceived.

The exhibition presents works created by students under the mentorship of Tina Kosi and Martin Ramoveš: Patricija Kern, Klara Ferme, Teja Jeraj, Lana Bučar, Hana Bertoncelj, Vid Peklaj and Nina Resnik. The exhibition is also accompanied by a printed booklet – a comic strip.
