Alja Košar - Moving points

As an expression agent, Alja Košar chose the original symbolism, a point as the premier of everything in fine arts. The point as the most basic form appears massively in different colors – Alja gives her visual experience with the complete removal of the mimetic, but with the mutual relationship between the color and the point (in some cases also the line). Points / lines rhythmically repeat, host, lay. The movement indicated by points or lines extends to infinity, and the scattering of individual points gradually creates depth, but nevertheless, by creating this dimension, he does not attempt to imply images, nor suggest the visualized. Košar explores and experiments mainly with three primary colors (red, yellow, blue), whereby one can say that individual colors with their existence really build the relationship of infinity of space in blue, light to yellow and motion, multiplication in red. The color of the ascetic with which it fills the whiteness of the visual space nevertheless does not impose the author of complete refusal to the inner world, internal reactions – in its etchings, where abstract spaces create unknown spaces, untouchable depths, admire sublimity by compacting individual color points / lines, which dominates the complete absence of the inner in the abstract.
