Passing - Marta Bartolj in Andreja Pogačar

You are invited to the opening of the art project Passing, by illustrator Marta Bartolj and industrial designer Andreja Pogačar.

The Passing art project combines illustrations and lamps made from waste paper (personal notes, bearers of past stories). The lights in the space create a mysterious, almost mystical atmosphere. The light that falls on the illustrations, however, reveals the stories of life, the cycle of birth and death, and the changes that are a constant in everyday life. Passages are divided into several corners, if possible, a bench or chair is placed in the space, which symbolizes a place to stop, think.

In the Passing project, the work of an illustrator is transformed into a digitally printed element that can be reproduced indefinitely, and the work of an industrial designer is unique handmade products that are never reproducible in exactly the same form.
