May 2020 in the Intermunicipal Museum Kamnik

In May, we reopened the doors to all units of the Intermunicipal Museum Kamnik – the museum at Zaprice Castle, the Birth House of Rudolf Maister, the Miha Maleš Gallery and the View Gallery. In the latter two, the tour is free for visitors in 2020.

We expect you from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On May 18, we celebrate INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY all over the world. This year’s theme is Museums and Equality: Diversity and Inclusion. Adapted to the measures against COVID-19, Slovenian museums will present themselves at a joint online exhibition. However, on Monday, 18 May 2020, between 10 am and 6 pm, we invite you to a free visit to the museum at Zaprice Castle, Muzejska pot 3 in Kamnik.

On 28 May, we are opening an exhibition of illustrations by Polona Lovšin at two galleries. The exhibition will be on view at the Ivan Hribar Center exhibition center in Trzin and at the View Gallery in Kamnik.
