Marathon of Industrial Heritage

In the Intermunicipal Museum Kamnik, we prepared events in the cultural heritage week, with which we join the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018:
11.00 – Explosive workshop (fun pyrotechnics for all generations)

16.00 – The trail of gunpowder and companionship – guidance with a minibus on the tracks of former factories in Kamnik:

The path will begin in the museum – the Zaprice Castle (Muzejska pot 3, 1241 Kamnik) with a short guided tour of the exhibition On the barrel of the gunpowder. Then we will take the minibus to the factory Titan, which will be followed by an exclusive tour of their almost hundred years old power plant. The route will then lead with Goran Završnik (KD Priden možic) and Marko Kumer to Svilanit and Eta, continue with Utok and  Alprem, and pass past the former locations of Svit and Vesna factories to the last station – the former gunpowder factory. Players, improvisers, will also participate in the reconstruction of key board meetings that led to the inevitable end of the oldest factory in Kamnik.
