The online campaign of the Association of Museums of Slovenia and the Movable Heritage Service represents a special anniversary in 2022: the 150th anniversary of the birth of architect Jože Plečnik, who left a big mark in both domestic and foreign space. This year also marks the round anniversary of Summer Museum Night, which is one of the largest promotions of Slovenian museums and galleries and has been operating continuously for 20 years.

Therefore, we invite you to join us again in the spring campaign Forward to the Past, which will take place this time between 4 and 10 April and will be coloured in the spirit of these anniversaries. We have prepared a number of interesting events on the Internet and social networks, which this time you will find under the already known key #forwardtothepast # nightinthemuseum and # Plečnikinthemuseum. We kindly invite you to join us in learning about and discovering the rich heritage of Slovenian museums and galleries.
