Presentation of the book Reflections of Kamnik's millennia

On the occasion of the 790th anniversary of the first known written mention of the citizens of Kamnik and the upcoming 60th anniversary of the Intermunicipal museum Kamnik, we have prepared a new publication Reflections of the Kamnik’s Millennia, which gives us an insight view into the geological, archaeological, historical and artistic history of the cultural and natural heritage extremely rich Kamnik area – from the oldest fossil finds and the settlement of the Kamnik area in prehistoric times to the formation of the State SHS in 1918. The texts on historical periods, including more recent knowledge, complement the attractions, selected personalities, including excerpts from literature and legend. And of course, extremely rich picture material.

The publication will be presented by the authors: dr. Jure Žalohar, Janja Železnikar and mag. Zora Torkar.
