Astronomical observation near Zaprice Castle

RAK – The Research Astronomical Society of the Rudolf Maistre Gymnasium and Secondary School, together with the Kamnik astronomers, invites you to a summer observation of the night sky on the meadow near the museum granaries by the Zaprice castle.

The earliest we may be able to see an eruption from the surface of our star and spot before sunset. Shortly after sunset, Saturn with its famous “rings” will appear on the eastern side of the sky, and Jupiter with its four largest, Galilean moons, an hour later.
